By day, I’m in Senior Management for a software company, by night a Father and Husband, but in what little free time I find; I enjoy reading about, talking about, and thinking about God in a postmodern world.
I lost my faith once, became a humanist, and was certain that I could chart my future according to my plan. After losing a child I realized that I needed God, but the God of my childhood would not suffice. Thanks to a church unlike anywhere I’d been before, some fantastic friends and family, and a God who never stops loving; I found God again. But the God I found waiting for me was nothing like the God I left behind.
My purpose here is to talk about my trials, my struggles with God, and the life I found through my resurrected faith.
